They are currently seeking Mandarin-speaking professionals to join their well-established team. Position: Mandarin E- Marketing Officer Company Industry: Entertainment Inland Gaming Operator Work Location: BGC, Taguig City Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule Salary: Php 60,000-Php 70,000 Work Set Up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Looking for Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Available to Bachelor’s graduates and undergraduates in any course are welcome to apply.
- Having 3 years of exposure in managing substantial budgets on either Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager.
- Competent in Excel, attribution modeling, and mobile measurement partners.
- Familiar of attribution models, conversion tracking, and performance optimization.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
- Boost and carry out user acquisition strategies across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates and user acquisition efficiency.
- Implement audience targeting, retargeting, and segmentation strategies.
- Understand campaign data using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Appsflyer, Adjust, and other tracking tools.
- Awareness with the new platform algorithm changes, advertising policies, and industry best practices.
