Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with the organization's goals.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored support.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to create a diverse candidate pipeline.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to optimize the hiring process and improve overall recruitment effectiveness.
Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline processes.
- Ability to evaluate candidate resumes and assess qualifications objectively.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance during the hiring process.
