Public Relations Manager

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Public Relations Manager to lead client relationships, PR projects, external communications, and reputation management. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with strategic thinking, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience handling high-level clients and complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage PR projects from planning through execution and delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Develop PR strategies and service plans based on client needs.
- Lead client outreach, negotiations, and business development initiatives.
- Coordinate project teams and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Monitor public sentiment and identify potential reputation or communication risks.
- Develop and maintain strategic resources and professional networks.
- Support crisis prevention and response initiatives when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in public relations, corporate communications, client management, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese .
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to develop relationships and integrate resources effectively.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Background in news media, communications, or international client service is an advantage.
Note: This position is based on-site in Pasay City and requires excellent English and Chinese communication skills.
