Description - Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Ensure all surfaces are disinfected and sanitized according to health and safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisory staff.
- Assist in organizing and setting up for events or activities in public spaces.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in cleaning or facilities management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in general cleaning techniques and tools; strong organizational skills; ability to effectively disinfect and sanitize spaces.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow established cleaning protocols and safety standards.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
