HR and Admin Supervisor

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken, written, and reading proficiency is required). The ability to communicate effectively with Chinese management and local employees is essential.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in HR and Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR regulations).
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, performance management, and labor compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to be assigned at Golden Haojia Industrial Compound Balucuc Apalit Pampanga.
