SSIS Shelves and Storage Equipment
Key Responsibilities
- Documentation & Record Keeping Generate shipping paperwork including invoices, bills of lading, and custom slips. Log inventory discrepancies by reviewing physical count summaries against system logs. File compliance documentation to satisfy safety laws, corporate policies, and customs.
- Inventory Control & Auditing Track stock levels continuously inside the Warehouse Management System (WMS).Schedule cycle counts to verify high-value items match system balances. Process returned goods by inspecting conditions and initiating vendor credits.
- Shipping & Receiving Coordination Book delivery appointments for inbound freight carriers and courier services. Verify packing lists against delivered boxes before floor teams unload cargo. Communicate delays proactively to customer service teams and sales managers.
- Administrative Support Order packing supplies including tape, pallets, wrap, and safety gear. Approve carrier invoices by checking contracted rates against actual shipment weight. Compile performance metrics regarding daily order fulfillment speed and accuracy
