We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Credit Admin Support to join our Managed Services business. This role works closely with internal teams and clients to help deliver a smooth, timely, and compliant loan application experience. Prior experience in mortgage or credit processing is preferred but not required, provided the candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail and document‑handling skills.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM (PH Time)
• Work Set up: Onsite
• Salary range: PHP 60,000 - 85,000

In this role, you will:

• Accurately complete loan application forms in accordance with provided instructions and client requirements

• Upload, organize, and maintain supporting loan documents within internal systems

• Review applications to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with process requirements

• Coordinate with team members to support timely and efficient application processing

• Follow company policies, procedures, and data confidentiality guidelines

• Assist clients and internal stakeholders with application‑related queries as needed

• Escalate issues or missing information promptly to ensure processing timelines are met

We're Looking for Someone Who has: 

• 3–4 years of experience in mortgage or credit processing is preferred but not essential
  
• Strong ability to complete loan applications and manage supporting documentation
  
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  
• Working knowledge of mortgage or credit rules and processes
  
• Demonstrated leadership skills or experience , such as mentoring or supporting team members

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
