Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Department: Sales
Location: Remote / Onsite (Philippines-based preferred)
Reports to: Business Development Manager
Asiacruit BPO is hiring a proactive and driven SDR to support our client acquisition efforts. The role is centered around outbound cold and warm calling, lead qualification, and booking meetings with key decision-makers.
- Conduct daily outbound calls to prospects, aiming to set up discovery meetings or qualify them using the BANT framework
- Qualify leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile
- Set up qualified appointments for the Sales and BD Manager
- Follow and improve calling scripts and objection-handling techniques specific to the outsourcing industry
- Keep outreach activities updated in HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate with the BDM for ongoing improvements in targeting and messaging
- Follow up through calls, SMS, and email
- Provide weekly reporting and insights from outreach
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills; proficiency in CRM software.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, results-driven, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- 1–2 years of outbound sales or lead gen experience (preferably in BPO or staffing)
- Comfortable with making 50–80 calls per day
- Excellent English communication skills
- Skilled in appointment setting, qualifying leads, and objection handling
- Familiar with:
- HubSpot
- Apollo
- Sales Navigator
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and results-driven
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a remote sales team
- Background in staffing or BPO sales
- Understanding of outsourcing pain points and the value of PH-based offshore support
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- US business hours or based on assigned region
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
