Position: USER OPERATION SPECIALIST (Localization Focus)
Job Overview
We are looking for a User Operation Specialist with strong understanding of the Philippine market and player behavior. This role focuses on user segmentation, lifecycle management, and localized engagement strategies to improve player retention and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze player data and segment users based on behavior and value
• Manage user lifecycle (onboarding, retention, reactivation)
• Develop localized engagement strategies for Philippine players
• Monitor key user metrics such as retention, activity, and deposits
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve player engagement
Requirements
• Experience in User Operations, CRM, or Platform Operations
• Knowledge of user segmentation and lifecycle management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of the Philippine market and culture
• Good communication skills; English required (Tagalog is a plus)
Preferred
Experience in online gaming / iGaming platforms
Background in user retention or CRM campaigns
