Operations Associate

• Assists with daily operational tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and organizing files and documents
• Manages local purchases inventory specifically internal office supplies
• Coordinates with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and payments
• Manages communications and correspondence between different departments and external parties
• Monitors sales orders and deliveries
• Provides administrative support that includes creating reports, updating databases, and managing communication channels
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
• Fresh graduate or at least with relevant experience in administrative or operations team or a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends
• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
• An eye for attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and information
