Department: IT
- Provide first-line technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and updates.
- Monitor and respond to help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Support user account management (creation, modification, and deactivation).
- Help maintain inventory of IT hardware and software assets.
- Assist in setting up workstations and onboarding new employees.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on projects and escalated issues.
- Maintain IT documentation and user guides.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant IT support experience
- With 1- 3 years experience in ERP System Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP system user issues and inquiries.
- Troubleshoot ERP module errors, user access problems, and workflow issues.
- Understanding of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and common business applications.
- Knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, IP addressing).

- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organized and detail-oriented with good time management.
