Sales Manager/5 Years in Food or Medical Industry

Description - Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the food or medical industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in sales management within the food or medical industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Proven track record in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership abilities, strategic thinker, and results-oriented.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to mentor and develop team members, monitor performance metrics.
- Working Conditions: Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients and attend industry events.
