ROLE SUMMARY

The Customer Service Representative – Financial Account will assist customers with banking-related inquiries such as account management, billing concerns, transaction support, payment processing, and general financial service questions. You will ensure every customer receives accurate, secure, and professional assistance. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email related to financial services
• Assist with account inquiries, billing concerns, transactions, and payments

• Maintain high-quality customer service in every interaction
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
• No experience required
• Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
