ROLE SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative – Telco Account will assist customers with mobile, internet, broadband, and telecommunications-related concerns such as billing inquiries, account management, technical issues, service interruptions, and plan upgrades.WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email related to telecommunications services
- Assist with billing concerns, account updates, service requests, and plan changes
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Troubleshoot basic connectivity and service-related issues
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain high-quality customer service in every interaction
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
- Escalate complex technical concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction target
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedule
WORK SETUP & TRAINING
- Onsite work setup
- Shifting schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Paid training provided from Day 1
