ROLE SUMMARY

The Customer Service Representative – Telco Account will assist customers with mobile, internet, broadband, and telecommunications-related concerns such as billing inquiries, account management, technical issues, service interruptions, and plan upgrades.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email related to telecommunications services
• Assist with billing concerns, account updates, service requests, and plan changes
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
• Troubleshoot basic connectivity and service-related issues
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain high-quality customer service in every interaction
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
• Escalate complex technical concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction target

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedule
