Customer Service Representative -(Banking Account No Experienced)

Overview This role is for a Customer Service Representative assigned to a banking/financial account in a call center environment in Davao City. The position involves assisting customers with account inquiries, transactions, payments, billing concerns, and other financial service-related requests while following accuracy and compliance standards. This opportunity is open to entry-level applicants, including fresh graduates, career shifters, and individuals with no prior BPO experience. Training is provided.
