About the Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and self-sufficient Operations Assistant / Analyst to support a fast-paced, dynamic business environment. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker who thrives in managing both routine operations and high-priority ad hoc tasks with minimal oversight. You’ll play a key internal role in drafting communications, managing data in Excel, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and refine written communications for internal and client-facing purposes
- Manage and analyze data using Excel, including complex spreadsheets and formulas
- Operate within a custom software GUI and collaborate via Slack
- Handle detailed, repetitive tasks with care and consistency
- Execute urgent, last-minute assignments with quick turnaround when required
- Proactively take ownership of projects and daily responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and stakeholders
Key Requirements:
- Exceptional written English and communication skills
- Strong computer literacy; confident navigating a variety of platforms and tools
- Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, formatting, data handling)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and think critically
- Proven track record of reliability and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in an unstructured environment that demands initiative
- Flexible to U.S. business hours (Eastern or Pacific Time)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, medical, or similarly regulated industries
- Familiarity with remote tools such as Slack and GUI-based software systems
