We are looking for a proactive and analytical Product Manager to drive product development from discovery to delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our products deliver meaningful value to customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Contribute to product strategy and maintain a roadmap aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Product Discovery: Conduct customer research, gather stakeholder feedback, and analyze market trends to identify product opportunities and validate assumptions.
• Requirements Management: Translate business needs and customer insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Backlog Prioritization: Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and development effort.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to ensure effective product development and delivery.
• Product Delivery: Coordinate product development activities, clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and support teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Data-driven Decision-making: Define and monitor product KPIs, analyze usage data, and use insights to guide prioritization and product improvements.
• User Experience Optimization: Identify friction points in user journeys and collaborate with designers and engineers to improve usability, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Product Launches: Coordinate feature releases, prepare release documentation, and support internal teams in communicating new capabilities to customers.
• Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback after launches, evaluate product performance, and identify opportunities for iterative improvements and experimentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management within a technology, SaaS, or software development company.
• Advanced English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, and feature delivery.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience writing product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret product metrics, customer feedback, and market research.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles, user journey mapping, and product discovery techniques.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing requests and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
