Core Positioning:
- Technical PM: A technical Product Manager with an engineering background who can translate complex protocols and infrastructure into clear product requirements and a seamless user experience.

- Core DeFi Scenarios: Highly familiar with self-custody wallets, swaps, staking, lending, yield strategies, and token standards.
- Engineering Grounding: A foundational background in full-stack or backend development (React, Node, APIs, cloud architecture) to speak the same language as the engineering team.
- Bonus Points: Participation in setting protocol standards (such as EIP proposals) or hands-on experience with OAuth/SDK integrations.
Business & Product Experience:
- Experience shipping consumer-facing Web3 apps paired with ecosystem products (onboarding flows, points/incentive systems, app discovery, partner integrations).
- Quantifiable success metrics in user growth or ecosystem integration.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience across engineering, design, data, and ecosystem/BD teams.
Soft Skills & Mindset:
- Strong sense of ownership and an ability to drive initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment.
