E-commerce & Social Media Manager (Contract-Based)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven E-commerce & Social Media Manager to handle and grow our online presence across platforms such as Shopee and social media channels.

This is a contract-based role focused on output and performance, not fixed hours. As long as the responsibilities are completed efficiently and targets are met, working time is flexible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our Shopee store, including:
• Uploading new products
• Updating product details, descriptions, and pricing
• Monitoring stock and ensuring listings are optimized
• Enroll and manage participation in Shopee campaigns, promos, and sales events
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and visibility
• Identify new marketing opportunities to grow the brand
• Manage and consistently post content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Create or coordinate engaging content that drives traffic and conversions
• Analyze performance and continuously improve strategies to expand reach and audience

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in managing Shopee/Lazada or any e-commerce platform
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation
• Creative, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Focused on growth, sales, and execution

Work Setup:

• Contract-based / Output-based
• Completely Remote. Will have to meet once before hiring.
• Flexible working hours (not required to follow a fixed 8-hour schedule)
• Performance-driven role with potential for long-term collaboration
• If work is done well, it might turn into profit sharing
