Liaison Collector

- Collect payments, invoices, receipts, and other important documents from clients or partners as instructed.
- Deliver official documents, letters, contracts, and other items to government agencies, clients, suppliers, or branches.
- Ensure all collections and deliveries are properly documented with official receipts or acknowledgement forms.
- Maintain a log or record of all trips, transactions, and activities.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of documents handled.
- Perform bank transactions such as deposits or check encashments as needed.
- Assist in other errands or administrative duties as may be assigned.
- Keep company-issued motorcycle or vehicle in good working condition and ensure compliance with traffic rules and company policies.
- High school graduate or equivalent; vocational course is an advantage.
- With at least 1–2 years of experience as a messenger or collector.
- Must have a valid driver’s license (Restriction Code 1, 2 or equivalent).
- Familiar with local routes and locations, especially banks, government offices, and client offices.
- Trustworthy, honest, and responsible.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
