Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and trustworthy Collectors to drive account servicing and payment collection operations across our key branch locations. In this role, you will engage directly with clients to issue reminders, collect payments, and manage field accounts efficiently. You will balance detailed administrative oversight—such as updating collection records, issuing official receipts, and reconciling daily remittances—with active field execution to ensure account updates and maintain low delinquency rates.

What You'll Do
- Field Collection & Client Engagement: Visit client locations, conduct polite payment follow-ups, and ensure prompt collection of due accounts within your assigned coverage area.
- Receipting & Daily Remittance: Issue official receipts (OR) for all collected payments, accurately account for daily funds, and deposit or remit total collections on time with complete documentation.
- Account Servicing & Record Keeping: Update customer account records, monitor delinquency schedules, and maintain neat, organized logs of customer interactions and payment promises.
- Field Reporting & Coordination: Coordinate regularly with branch management, report account status updates, and escalate difficult or unlocatable accounts for legal or administrative review.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Level/Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in field collection, account recovery, billing, or sales/distribution.
- Technical Expertise: Valid Driver’s License with an active motorcycle restriction code (restriction code 1/A); basic knowledge of local geographical routes and cash-handling procedures.
