Description - Install and maintain solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate solar energy needs and opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and support during and after installation.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of installations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in solar installation or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
