Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar Project Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in solar project sales and a background in any engineering discipline. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities for solar energy solutions while meeting assigned sales quotas. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission incentives based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the solar energy sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, including homeowners, businesses, and commercial entities.
- Conduct site assessments and provide technical guidance in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project plans tailored to client needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities to optimize sales strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution from sale to installation.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and potential repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in solar project sales or renewable energy sales.
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems, financing options, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office tools is an advantage.
