Technical Sales Manager – Solar/C&I , Philippines
Based in Pasay City, Metro Manila, with nationwide travel as required
Are you passionate about renewable energy and ready to make a real impact in the Philippines? We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager – Solar/C&I to drive the growth of LK solar inverter solutions across Commercial & Industrial (C&I) markets. This is a hands-on, nationwide role that blends business development, technical expertise, and project execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and manage LK solar inverter sales across the Philippines, focusing on C&I projects.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with distributors, EPC partners, installers, and key accounts.
- Provide pre-sales technical support, including system sizing, feasibility studies, and solution design.
- Support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and CRM updates.
- Conduct nationwide site visits, partner meetings, customer presentations, and industry events.
- Assist the Philippines Country Lead in implementing sales, pricing, and market development strategies.
- Deliver technical training to partners and installers to build local capability.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Energy Engineering.
- 3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or technical products.
- Proven experience in distributor/channel development and C&I sales.
- Hands-on experience in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting solar PV or power electronics systems.
- Strong understanding of solar inverter technology, PV systems, and EPC processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable with extensive nationwide travel.
- Fluent in English and Filipino, with a valid driver’s license.
