We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused After Sales Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair services to customers after the sale of products. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction, product reliability, and brand loyalty. The Sales Technician will work closely with the sales, engineering, and customer service teams to resolve technical issues, perform installations, and offer training to end-users. The successful candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. You will be expected to travel to customer sites, diagnose and repair equipment, and provide feedback to the product development team based on customer experiences. Your role will also involve maintaining service records, managing spare parts inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
