Job Overview

The Virtual Assistant – Digital Marketing will provide dedicated support to a Singapore-based client, assisting with day-to-day digital marketing operations. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can independently manage tasks, create content, and coordinate digital campaigns to enhance the client's online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Content Creation: Develop engaging captions, graphics briefs, and marketing copy aligned with the client's brand voice
• Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance, compile reports, and provide insights to support data-driven decisions
• Email Marketing: Draft and send marketing emails, manage subscriber lists, and track campaign metrics
• SEO & Online Presence: Support basic SEO tasks, manage Google Business profiles, and update website content as needed
• Community Management: Respond to comments and messages across platforms in a timely and brand-consistent manner
• Competitor & Trend Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to help inform content strategies
• Coordination: Liaise with designers, content writers, and other team members to ensure cohesive campaign execution

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required
• Experience: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Digital Marketing Assistant, with hands-on involvement in social media management and content creation
• Technical Skills: Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok); Canva or basic graphic design tools; Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite; email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar); Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Soft Skills: Creative and detail-oriented; strong written English communication skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines; proactive mindset with a strong sense of accountability; adaptable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Language: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Amenability: Open for Hybrid Work Arrangement
