Product Portfolio Head - Digital Infrastructure (Cloud & Data Center)

About the Role
A leading technology organization is seeking a senior product leader to drive and scale its Digital Infrastructure portfolio, encompassing cloud and data center products and services.

This is a strategic, senior-level position with accountability for portfolio vision, investment prioritization, and the long-term evolution of digital infrastructure offerings across consumer, SME, and enterprise segments. The role requires translating complex infrastructure capabilities into commercially viable, market-relevant products that can scale with business growth.

The successful candidate will lead a team of Product Managers and collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, operational, technology, and vendor-facing teams to drive portfolio growth, market differentiation, and long-term sustainability.

What You’ll Do
Portfolio Strategy & Leadership
• Define and own the vision, strategy, and multi-year product roadmap for the Digital Infrastructure portfolio.
• Establish investment priorities across data center services, cloud infrastructure, and platform capabilities.
• Ensure the portfolio remains aligned with broader organizational strategy, technology evolution, and long-term capacity requirements.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Product Managers within the infrastructure portfolio.

Market & Platform Relevance
• Ensure infrastructure products meet customer expectations for scalability, reliability, regulatory compliance, and performance.
• Stay current on cloud, data center, and edge computing trends through close collaboration with market intelligence functions.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for new product development, platform enhancements, or ecosystem partnerships.
• Maintain a balance between platform innovation and operational stability and resilience.

Product & Commercial Governance
• Own portfolio-level performance metrics spanning revenue, margin, capacity utilization, and product lifecycle health.
• Lead build, buy, or partner evaluations for cloud platforms, data center services, and infrastructure tooling.
• Work with Finance and performance teams on investment cases, pricing frameworks, and capacity economics.
• Ensure offerings are cost-efficient, commercially sustainable, and scalable to meet evolving demand.

Cross-Functional Alignment
• Partner with commercial and segment teams to ensure portfolio fit and effective go-to-market execution across customer segments.
• Collaborate with product operations, delivery, and vendor management teams to ensure readiness and platform stability.
• Work with IT, infrastructure, and operations teams on service uptime, capacity management, and quality of delivery.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with strategic technology partners and cloud service providers.

• A senior product leader with strong domain knowledge in infrastructure and platform-based products.
• At ease managing portfolios that require balancing long-term capital investment decisions with the need for product agility.
• Skilled at converting complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling value for customers and commercial stakeholders.
• Proven in leading cross-functional teams that span technology, operations, and commercial disciplines.

What You’ll Bring
• At least 10 years of experience in product management, portfolio leadership, or digital infrastructure services.
• Deep domain knowledge in cloud infrastructure, data center operations, or platform services.
• Experience managing B2B and/or B2C infrastructure products in telecoms, cloud, or technology sectors.
• A strong track record of leading product teams and making high-stakes portfolio-level investment decisions.
• Solid commercial and analytical capabilities, including capacity economics, ROI assessment, and financial business case development.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
