Digital Marketing Specialist - Remote

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Marketing VA / Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for managing and growing the business’s digital presence through social media management, ad creation, ad monitoring, audience targeting, and lead-generation-focused marketing activity. This role is not just about posting content. It is about understanding how to attract the right audience, generate interest in the business, and turn marketing activity into real inbound leads. Work Hours:

• UK hours

Rate: ⭐ £5/hour We don’t take a cut of your pay - ever. You receive 100% of your full advertised rate - paid directly to you by your client. We never take a cut, percentage, or reduce your earnings in any way.

POTENTIAL TASKS

Social Media Management Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram; support consistent posting and audience engagement aligned with UK market timings Paid Advertising Create, launch, and manage paid ads across Facebook, Instagram, and potentially Google; monitor ad performance and make adjustments based on results Audience Targeting & Optimization Identify and refine the right demographic for the business; assess whether campaigns are reaching the correct audience and generating the right kind of interest Lead Generation Support Help drive inquiries and lead flow through digital marketing activity, with a focus on getting potential customers to engage, click, and leave their details Content Planning & Marketing Direction Advise on content strategy, campaign direction, and marketing opportunities; collaborate with the founder on ideas such as promotional videos and branded content Brand Presence Growth Help strengthen the company's brand online so it becomes more visible and established beyond the founder’s personal profile Marketing Tools / Automation Work with or adapt to marketing systems that may be introduced, such as CRM or automation tools linked to social media and lead generation workflows Performance Monitoring Track campaign and ad performance, interpret results, and recommend improvements based on what is and is not working

SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

Experience in social media marketing, paid ads, lead generation, or a similar marketing-focused role Confident running and monitoring Facebook and Instagram ads; Google Ads knowledge is beneficial Able to think beyond just posting content and understand how to use marketing to attract attention, generate leads, and grow a business Experience managing business pages and maintaining a consistent online presence Able to suggest content ideas, advise on what to post, when to post, and how to position the brand effectively Able to review ad and campaign performance and make data-informed adjustments Comfortable taking ownership of the marketing side of the business and making recommendations rather than waiting for step-by-step instruction Experience with tools such as GoHighLevel, ManyChat, or similar marketing/CRM platforms is beneficial Understanding of SEO or brand visibility improvement is beneficial Strong written and spoken English with the ability to collaborate clearly with the founder Your minimum internet speed should be 10 MBPS and your PC specs should be at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and have 8GB RAM (at the minimum).
