Sales and Marketing Officer/ Davao

As Sales and Marketing Officer, you will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies whilst identifying and cultivating sales opportunities that align with organizational objectives. Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration
• Identify, prospect and nurture potential clients and business opportunities through various channels including networking, cold outreach and digital platforms
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and quotations to prospective clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements
• Maintain and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather market intelligence, competitive insights and customer feedback to inform marketing and sales strategies
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, sales data and campaign effectiveness to optimize results and identify areas for improvement
• Support the development of marketing materials including content, graphics, brochures and digital assets that effectively communicate value proposition
• Participate in industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to represent the company and generate leads
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline progression using customer relationship management (CRM) systems

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
• Proven experience of 2-4 years in a sales and marketing role or similar commercial position
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities, develop value propositions and close sales
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, social media platforms and marketing analytics software
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset and ability to build lasting professional relationships
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and marketing targets
