- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends
- Create and execute promotional campaigns, including digital and traditional marketing
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective sales and marketing efforts
- Attend events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a related role (a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior
- Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (preferred)
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
