A Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for generating leads, promoting products or services, and driving sales growth. They develop marketing strategies, build client relationships, and analyze market trends to optimize business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Create promotional materials and manage advertising campaigns.
- Meet sales targets and report on performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
