Client and Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities include:

Financial coordination- Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to maintain consistency and accuracy across all deliverables.

Operational management.-Create/follow processes and procedures to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency.

Manage staff in areas of invoicing, accounts receivable collection, and cash receipt application.

Participate in daily production check-ins and ongoing professional training.

Establish workflows, systems, and best practices tailored to serving the community association space.

Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, budget management, and performance goals.

Engage and manage client and HOA management company relationships taking ownership.

Drive business development. Report potential and secured new business to leadership.

Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financials, documentation, and data to ensure service

delivery.

Develop internal controls to ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.

Provide support and guidance on tax-related inquiries and issues.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational and financial effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

English proficiency.

1+ years of U.S. tax preparation experience with an accounting or management company is

helpful.

Proficiency with Drake or any similar tax software.

Quickbooks accounts receivable knowledge is helpful.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized, detail-focused, and dependable.

Strong customer service background.

Comfortable working both independently (with minimal supervision) and as part of a team.

Stable, high-speed internet connection.
