Sales and Marketing - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients/customers to generate sales opportunities
• Promote and present products, services, or properties to prospective buyers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service
• Conduct follow-ups, negotiations, and closing of sales transactions
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and other sales documents
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities
• Attend meetings, trainings, site visits, or marketing events as required
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client concerns and transactions
• Conduct property viewings and site tours for clients
• Assist buyers throughout the property acquisition process
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and field activities
• Guide clients regarding property features, pricing, financing, and documentation.
• Manage property listings and marketing content
• Assist with digital marketing and social media campaigns
• Coordinate promotional events and property launches
• Create marketing materials such as flyers and presentations
• Conduct market research and track campaign performance
• Support sales teams in generating and nurturing leads

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in real estate marketing is preferred
• Knowledge of social media, Canva/Adobe tools, and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license
