About the Role
Boogie Team is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with proven experience generating qualified U.S. employer leads through Meta Ads for a remote staffing or virtual assistant agency.
This is a hands-on role focused on building, managing, testing, and improving paid advertising campaigns that bring in real business opportunities.
You will own campaign execution across creative testing, targeting, landing pages, tracking, retargeting, and ongoing optimization. Success in this role will be measured by qualified employer inquiries, booked sales calls, and new clients acquired.
This role requires proven Meta Ads experience specifically within a remote staffing or virtual assistant agency serving U.S. clients.
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns targeting U.S. businesses looking for remote staffing or virtual assistant services.
- Test ad creatives, messaging, audiences, offers, and campaign structures to improve lead quality.
- Build and optimize landing pages and lead generation funnels for employer inquiries.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking, retargeting, and campaign attribution.
- Monitor ad spend, cost per qualified employer lead, booked calls, conversion rates, and client acquisition performance.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve efficiency and lower acquisition costs.
- Work closely with marketing and sales to improve lead quality and campaign-to-client conversion.
- Proven hands-on experience running Meta Ads for a remote staffing or virtual assistant agency serving U.S. clients .
- Demonstrated success generating qualified U.S. employer leads, not only job applicants or general consumer leads.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, creative testing, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
- Experience building or improving landing pages and lead generation funnels.
- Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, conversion tracking, and campaign attribution.
- Ability to provide measurable campaign results, including ad spend, cost per qualified employer lead, booked calls, and clients acquired.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent English communication.
- Experience managing significant monthly Meta Ads budgets for B2B lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and lead tracking systems.
- Experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. remote staffing, outsourcing, or virtual assistant market.
- Experience working closely with sales teams to improve lead qualification and conversion rates.
