Role OverviewA successful Director of Performance Marketing will serve as a strategic marketing leader overseeing multi-channel growth strategies, performance media, advanced analytics, and marketing technology integration across our portfolio of brands You will lead and scale a high-performing team of performance marketers, paid media specialists, and data analysts, bridging big-picture business strategy with rigorous execution to drive maximum revenue growth, ROAS, and customer acquisition performance
This includes, but is not limited to
1. Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth- Growth Strategy & Vision: Architect, execute, and own end-to-end performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, programmatic, affiliate, and emerging digital channels
- Budget Allocation & Revenue Scaling: Manage and optimize large-scale client advertising budgets, allocating capital dynamically across channels to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV)
- Client & Executive Advisory: Act as the senior performance subject matter expert, presenting growth roadmaps, performance forecasts, and strategic QBRs to senior client leadership and internal stakeholders
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow the performance marketing department, establishing clear KPIs, accountability structures, and career growth tracks for specialists and managers
- Advanced Analytics & Measurement: Oversee campaign measurement frameworks, attribution modeling, media mix modeling (MMM), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and conversion API integrations to ensure bulletproof data integrity
- AI Integration & Innovation: Pioneer the integration of modern AI tools, automated bidding strategies, predictive analytics, and agentic workflows into media planning and creative testing frameworks
- Creative Strategy Collaboration: Partner closely with creative, content, and design teams to drive high-velocity creative testing frameworks and conversion-centric ad assets
- Process Optimization & Scaling: Standardize department SOPs, campaign auditing frameworks, and reporting protocols to ensure consistent, world-class execution across all accounts
- Senior Executive Experience: 7+ years of progressive performance marketing leadership experience within a fast-paced agency or high-growth brand environment
- Multi-Channel Media Mastery: Deep, proven expertise managing multi-million dollar budgets across Meta Ads, Google Search/Shopping/PMax, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic channels
- Data & Measurement Expertise: Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), attribution models, Server-Side Tracking, Conversion APIs, Google Looker Studio, and BI tools
- Leadership & Team Management: Demonstrated track record of building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams of performance marketers
- AI & Automation Tech Stack: Hands-on experience integrating AI tools, automated bidding, custom GPTs, and automated workflows into media workflows
- Communication Excellence: World-class strategic presentation, client management, and written/verbal English communication skills
Important Note: This role is remote, but will require 1 to 2 onsite team-wide meetings per month within Makati, Pasig, or Taguig
