Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospective clients, and setting appointments to support business growth. If you have experience in outbound B2B sales and enjoy connecting with people, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and prospecting activities to identify potential clients
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information in the CRM system
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of sales experience in a call center , preferably in outbound B2B sales
- Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting
- Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach
- College graduate or Senior High School graduate
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Work Setup
Work From Home (Preferably residing within Metro Manila or nearby areas)
Compensation
Up to ₱37,000 per month
