JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive or related courses
• At least 5 years working experience in Aftersales job.
• At least 2 years working experience in supervisory or managerial role
• With a valid Driver’s license
• Can drive a 4-wheel vehicle

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the daily operations of service centers and parts departments.
• Manage escalated customer complaints, implement and ensure high levels of service

to increase Net Promoter Score (NPS). ✨Meet financial targets for the department and manage the budget expenses and revenue through efficient labor and parts sales.

• Ability to lead, train and mentor staff (technicians and service advisors).
• Conduct performance reviews, and manage staffing levels.
• Oversee parts inventory and minimizing excess stock while ensuring availability.
