Telemarketer

The Telemarketer is responsible for handling inbound inquiries and generating outbound leads across multiple brands. This role serves as a frontliner for customer communication via social media, website, e-commerce platforms, and phone calls. The Telemarketer ensures timely, accurate, and professional responses while supporting sales growth through lead generation and qualification. Key Responsibilities Inbound Customer Support & Inquiry Handling • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries from: o Facebook Pages and other social media platforms (comments and direct messages) o Company websites o E-commerce platforms
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, availability, promotions, and basic after-sales support.
- Route complex concerns or escalations to the appropriate internal teams (Sales, Operations, Logistics, or Management).
- Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging aligned with company guidelines across all platforms.
- Conduct outbound calls and cold-calling to potential clients for API, Eminence, Questra Quris, and EMGI.
- Introduce company products/services and identify customer needs
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and endorse potential clients to the Sales Team.
- Follow up on warm leads, previous inquiries, and inactive prospects.
- Maintain a positive, persuasive, and professional phone presence at all times.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Update lead status, call outcomes, and customer notes in the designated tracking file or CRM.
- Support ongoing campaigns, promotions, and product launches by proactively reaching out to target customers.
- Follow company-standard processes, scripts, and communication guidelines.
- Ensure data privacy, confidentiality, and proper handling of customer information.
- Participate in product training, sales training, and system updates.
- Suggest improvements to scripts, workflows, and customer engagement strategies based on actual interactions.
- College graduate
- Background in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related fields is an advantage
- At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales support, or customer service
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical-related accounts is an advantage
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Persuasion and customer engagement skills
- Time management and ability to meet call targets
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
