Account Manager for Cebu

About the role
AVLS's Cebu office urgently needs additional sales team members to promote and sell AVLS products and services, meet or exceed sales and profit goals, and lead the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
Key responsibilities
Promote and sell AVLS products and services
Meet or exceed the sales and profit goals established by the company
Maintain and grow business relationships with existing customers
Generate new sales opportunities and develop and maintain them to ensure business continuity
Lead all aspects of the sales process from prospecting a customer to closing a deal
Provide accurate forecasts and sales plans
Proactively manage customer satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating problems and monitoring satisfaction
Communicate product performance, market trends, and business information to help management decisions
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure fulfillment of customer requirements
Observe customer official credit terms and manage outstanding accounts on time
About you
Graduate of any Business Course or equivalent
1 year of experience in sales or business development and account management
Experience in selling IT products and services (both software and hardware)
Experience in solution selling and systems integration
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to work with minimum supervision
Result-oriented, organized, and keen on details
Knowledge of government bidding and accreditation processes is an advantage
