Food and Beverages Supervisor

A Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor oversees daily restaurant or banquet operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and staff efficiency. Key duties include training and scheduling staff, managing inventory, ensuring health and safety compliance, and resolving customer complaints to maintain a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring F&B staff. Create work schedules, conduct daily pre-shift briefings, and evaluate team performance.
- Customer Service: Monitor dining areas to ensure flawless service. Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, special dietary requests, and complaint resolution.
- Operations & Quality Control: Inspect dining rooms, storage spaces, and service stations for cleanliness and organization. Ensure food presentation and quality meet strict establishment standards.
- Inventory & Administration: Monitor stock levels for food, beverages, and supplies. Process supply orders, minimize waste, and assist with billing accuracy.
- Health & Safety: Enforce local health codes, food safety, and sanitation regulations. Oversee emergency protocols and maintain a secure working environment.
Core Qualifications
- Education: A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage service, with prior experience in a team leader or supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and basic office applications.
