Packer

Description

• Pack baked goods (bread, pastries, cakes, etc.) in appropriate containers or packaging materials.
• Ensure all packaging follows hotel standards for hygiene, quality, and presentation.
• Label products accurately with product name, price, and expiration dates.
• Assist in inventory management of packaging materials and supplies.
• Check finished products for quality before packing and report any defects or damages.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the packaging area at all times.
• Follow food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
• Coordinate with bakers, kitchen staff, and service team for timely delivery of products.
• Support in preparing bulk orders or special packaging for events and functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least High School or Senior High School graduate (vocational course in Food & Beverage or related field is an advantage).
• Preferably with experience in food packaging, hotel, or bakeshop setting.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
