Barista

As a Bartender/Barista, you will be a key part of our beverage team, responsible for preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. You will craft signature cocktails and fresh juices, as well as prepare coffee and espresso-based beverages. This role requires a strong working knowledge of drink recipes, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, juices, coffee, and espresso drinks, in accordance with Manam’s recipes and standards.
• Bar Operations: Maintain a clean and organized bar and station, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Inventory Management: Monitor bar and beverage supplies, communicate needs to the manager, and assist with stocking and inventory checks.
• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking their orders and making recommendations based on their preferences.
• Problem-Solving: Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism, escalating issues to the manager when necessary.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure drinks are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
• Adherence to Standards: Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender or barista is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with a great attitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of basic cocktail recipes, coffee preparations, and beverage techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours , including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A passion for drinks, people, and providing excellent service.
