Description - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the guestroom area.
- Ensure that rooms are clean, well-maintained, and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to schedule room cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and improve overall performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in hospitality or guest services
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Effective communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in customer relationship management
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and organized
