Photovoltaic Power Plant Operation & Monitoring Shift Officer

Hello, Powerplant Professionals! We are currently hiring for Photovoltaic Power Plant Operation & Monitoring Shift Worker (Officer)!

Responsibilities

• Responsible for centralized monitoring of the 24-hour operation of power station equipment, promptly identifying and recording equipment anomalies and alarm information;
• Strictly implement the photovoltaic power station operation procedures, complete the daily operation management work of the power station, including filling in operation logs, monitoring and reading meters, remote data monitoring, and operating parameter analysis;
• Responsible for the operation and scheduling of equipment during the shift, executing dispatch instructions, and filling in operation tickets and work tickets in a standardized manner;
• Responsible for the compilation and submission of various daily operation reports and production reports of the power station, and ensuring the recording, statistics, and archiving of operation data;
• Responsible for organizing and verifying electricity bill settlement data, and assisting in handling electricity bill settlement procedures;
• Responsible for civilized production management during the shift, maintaining the cleanliness of the duty room and monitoring equipment environment, and keeping the workplace clean and orderly;
• Correctly use and properly store monitoring equipment, communication equipment, and various tools, promptly report any equipment defects and notify maintenance personnel for handling;
• Cooperate with maintenance personnel to complete the safety measures arrangement and operation coordination for equipment power outage maintenance, fault handling, etc.;
• Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering, mechatronics, new energy, or related fields;
• At least one year of experience in power generation, substation, or distribution operation; experience in photovoltaic power plant operation is preferred;
• Holders of relevant certificates such as high-voltage electrician's license, low-voltage electrician's license, and dispatching license are preferred;
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office software and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, with basic data analysis skills;
• Good English communication skills, able to adapt to an international work environment, and able to conduct basic work communication with foreign colleagues and local employees;
• Good health, able to adapt to shift work, and accept company work assignments and overseas project site assignments.
