Production Safety Officer

- Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to promote a culture of safety in the workplace.
- Provide safety training and guidance to employees on safe work practices.
- Investigate workplace accidents and near misses, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
- Coordinate emergency response drills and maintain safety equipment.
- Certifications: Must have valid SO3 and BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) certifications.
- Experience Level: 2–5 years in a safety role within a production or industrial environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of safety regulations and practices; excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
