Operations Manager/Supervisor

- Manage all aspects of trucking and rental operations
- Make decisions about route planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of trucks and equipment.
- Monitor the daily operations on the construction site specifically the equipment.
- Negotiate contracts with customers and vendors.
- Handle customer service issues and operational problems.
- Generate periodic reports and present to management all aspects of operations and profitability.
- Coordinate with the Construction Manager with regards to necessary support for construction
- Validate the proficiency and skill sets in hiring of drivers and operators.
- Maintain and manage fleet trucking system.
- Develop marketing network to increase client base.
- Ensure the compliance with safety and all regulatory agencies.
- Bachelor's Degree preferably a graduate of Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering or any related 4-yr course
- Can work under pressure
