HR Manager / Supervisor

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager/Supervisor to lead the human resources function at our Philippine plant. The role will be responsible for all HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance with local labor laws, and alignment with corporate HR strategies. The ideal candidate should be either a local Filipino or an overseas Chinese, with fluent language skills in English plus either Chinese or Filipino.
