Job Description:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall efficiency of company operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments, and driving process improvements to achieve business goals. This role will focus on managing logistics, sales support, distribution, and compliance while ensuring that company standards are consistently met. The Operations Manager will also develop and implement strategies to maximize productivity, streamline workflows, and ensure cost-effective operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day company operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage logistics, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain activities.
- Implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success.
- Lead and support cross-functional teams to achieve company targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute operational strategies.
- Prepare reports and present operational updates to senior leadership.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 4 years Distribution Business management experience.
- Preferably with experience in setting up and/or running a distributor business.
- Preferably with strong business management background experience/exposure.
- Proven leadership and people-management skills with experience in supervising large teams.
- Understanding of Marketing objectives, strategies and action plans.
