Account Type: Travel and Hospitality Account
Start Date: May 10, 2026
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate
- College Level or College Graduate are welcome to apply
- Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
- Strong communication skills in English
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Amenable to work onsite
Salary Package:
- ₱23,500 – ₱26,500 for candidates without BPO sales experience
- ₱28,000 – ₱32,000 for candidates with at least 6 months of BPO sales experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with cruise reservations, bookings, and inquiries
- Provide information about cruise packages, itineraries, and onboard services
- Handle customer concerns, cancellations, and rebooking requests
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Promote relevant cruise packages, upgrades, and add-on services when applicable
