Delivered exceptional service through phone, email, and chat while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Assisted customers with cruise reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and rebookings.
Provided accurate information about cruise itineraries, destinations, fares, promotions, and onboard amenities.
Resolved customer concerns, complaints, and service-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
Processed payments, refunds, and booking adjustments following company guidelines.
Verified customer information and maintained accurate records in the reservation system.
Job Requirements
Open to fresh graduates and applicants with no call center experience.
Must be a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate .
Must possess B2-level English communication skills .
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
